100% Local-First Architecture: CAM Calculator operates under an uncompromising local-first design. All commercial lease terms, square footage figures, expense reconciliation line items, and audit dispute letters remain strictly stored inside your physical iOS device's local sandboxed SQLite database.
1. Zero Cloud Data Collection
We do not operate external database servers that ingest or process your lease data:
- No User Profiles: No account creation, cloud passwords, or company registrations are required to use the software.
- No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: The application contains zero commercial advertising SDKs, behavioral telemetry, or user tracking frameworks.
- No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, disclose, or transfer your commercial lease records, tenant identities, or dispute amounts to landlords, brokers, or data analytics firms.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (StoreKit 2)
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple's native StoreKit 2 infrastructure. We never receive or store your credit card or billing details. Entitlements are validated cryptographically on-device.
